I have a question on SOL. If my debts were accounts that were opened in Minnesota where SOL is 6 years and I have moved to Arizona. So does the SOL change based on where the OC is located or where I as the consumer live now?
I have a question on SOL. If my debts were accounts that were opened in Minnesota where SOL is 6 years and I have moved to Arizona. So does the SOL change based on where the OC is located or where I as the consumer live now?
The OC or CA can go by either SOL. They cn go by the SOL where you were when you took out the debt OR where you live now.
