Wanted to let you know that I got approved for 15k biz loan which wiped out both biz ccs. Loan apr 6%....pretty big difference considering where the aprs are on those cards now.

pretty happy with this anddddddd unfort Just just a few days before I signed off on the loan got into car accident, car totaled. Just got a car today. Even with excellent credit could only get 6% on financing.

Already looked at credit unions to refinance but seeing maybe 1 full point difference.

@JS45  that is awesome!  Ideal as well I think.  And the lower interest rate gives you breathing room. "IF" you can swing it, see if you can allocate the extra monthly $$ to your personal card balance and bring that down quickly.

Hope you're safe and the car was the only thing damaged in the accident.  That is so 2022. Car loans are what they are right now. Best I could muster was 6.2% last month so I'd say you're killing it. Good job all around my friend.

Re: Seeking Strategic Steps for Debt Reduction with a HIGH DTI.

@805orbust @Thanks so much. I have a lawyer involved and am seeing a chiropractor. Ok but not ideal.

6.2% is good as well.

the craziest part is that I had been leasing my car bevwuse the monthly payments were much lower, decided to buy it in April which pushed my payments to about $60 more a month and then the accident happened a month ago so now I'm up another $60 or so a month. Crazy times we are lviing in BUT we just do what we got to do.
