I agree totally.  It is understandable if the computer denies you based on some bug.  However, it should be resolved in a manual review.  Discover is supposed to have excellent customer service.  But not in this case.

Right! I'm not sure if Discover financial is a different entity than Discover card. I usually have no problems requesting things with my Discover card...such as a line increase or an APR reduction. But the loan process was a total nightmare.
