I emailed from my account to a rep to find out when they report balances. This is what the return reply was:
Please be advised that accounts are reported to the credit bureau 30
days after the opening of the credit card account. After initial
report, Capital One reports current and past due status to the credit
bureaus the day after the billing cycle date each month.
