The balance listed for the account is zero and it states that it is a settled account. What I still don't understand is that when I did pay them, why on the tradeline it states N instead of paid?
BTW several months have passed so if they were going to any additional adjustments to the account, it would have happened by now.
Even though We had an agreement, Citibank was very slow to follow through, to the point of being resistant. I will never used that company's services again.
