Call them and tell them about the mistake.  I'm sure they'll correct it.

I would hope so. It has her name, address, last 4 of account, how much was paid... 

This is pretty serious. Makes me a little concerned for my own information.

You have a right to be concerned; I would be too.  Another reason why folks end up cancelling that card once they move past the rebuild phase.  I hope you get things resolved.  Good luck!

Ah Credit One. Step One: call them and tell them what happened.
Step Two: cancel your Credit One account(s) as soon as you’re able.
