Spouse' credit score

I am currently looking to purchase my 1st home. I work full time and my wife is a home maker. My fico score is a 732. ( It unexpectantly went down since i paid off my car loan in Dec. '07. It was 767. My wife's credit score from Experian is 884 ( i didn't even know that was possible). That's the only score we got at that time for her. My question is, will her credit help towards a lower APR's or will it mean nothing because she doesn't earn an income?

Re: Spouse' credit score

The EX score of 884 is a FAKO score on a scale to 900. Pull all 3 FICO scores from here and you'll have a clearer picture come mortgage time. Pull all 3 of your too. I bet her FICOs are in line with yours.

You guys, if applying jointly, will have a great rate. I think most lenders will look at household income rather than individual income. On a smaller scale, someone posted here they appd for a prime CC and placed $0 as their income (student, I guess) but had a high score and they were approved without any problem.
