So apparently Sync went to a new online system which cancelled all recurring payments and I was not aware of it. My alerts were also removed.
Due to this I got an alert of a 30-day late on my CR. Emailed Sync last night and got the following response:
==============================================

Sorry it happened, but I'm impressed with their resolution!
BTW, I have a number of Synchrony cards, including the Chevron/Texaco card, and I remember being notified that there would be a new site, allowing access to all accounts, but I honestly can't say whether it addressed cancellation of auto-payments (since I don't use them, I don't pay much attention to references to them).

I've had the Chevron for 25 years and have never been late. Plus, I have a couple of other Sync cards that I acquired since the cutover and have auto payment set up on those. All that combined may have been a factor in their decision. In any event, I just have to wait it out now. We are planning on getting a small camper this fall and hopefully this will be cleared up by then.
I about had a coronary when I got an alert that my score had dropped 84 points! LOL

Understandable. For most people! Then there are weirdos like me--mine has dropped more than 100 points in the past two months, but no heart attack in sight!
(I knew it was going to drop; I'm carrying balances right now that are much higher than normal, but they're all on 0% terms.)
I think you'll be good to go by the time you're ready to buy that camper. It sounds like they're on top of it and I don't think it'll drag out too long. Good luck! Let us know how it ends up, if you'd like.

All is well! Within 96 hours of their email, the 30day was removed from all CRAs!
