Exactly 6 months out on an account eligible for TU EE I took a shot at it yesterday. I have read people had success both via telephone and online. It was early and my wife was asleep so I didn't feel like doing the phone thing then pressing for a supervisor so I went to the TU online dispute area and logged in. Clicked on the most appropriate button in the list ( I forget exactly what it said) and then in the comments section I wrote something to the effect of " account too old to be on file/reporting. Please delete. Thank you".
Received email back today that results were in and it said account deleted. A nice 8 pt jump on TU which was nice ( I saved my CCT triple pull to use after this hopefully went through). Online was super easy and nice since I just didn't feel like talking to a human at the time
