TX Sec of State link ~ check to see if CA is bonded in TX

I found that Synergetic Communication (the CA harrassing DH and I) is bonded ~ boo!

But I ran a search on Medclear and Midland Credit Management aren't pulling up anything...gonna try a few more.  If they aren't bonded with the state then that means they can't even try to collect a debt, right??

It varies from state to state, but in Texas that is correct. No bond, no collecting.
