The average score

My msn homepage has advertisers for credit report products. I've noticed over the past couple years that the average score has gone from 678 to 690. If we are in a credit crisis and foreclosures are rising, limits are being reduced etc. wouldn't the average scores go down?

Re: The average score

Those ads are for FAKO products. They know consumers are interested in their credit, so they are blitzing like crazy to get people to order their credit scores. Whenever you see "credit score" vs. FICO score, think FAKO.

To answer your question, I would think so too.
