Wanted to post my info since it differs a bit, I am located in NJ and the recent apps have been as follows; unfortunately I cannot confirm 08 vs 09 for any other than PenFed and NFCU):
Citi, Chase (both new and CLI), Discover, AMEX, US Bank, PNC: EX
Discover, Barclays, BOA, NFCU(NEW CC): TU
PenFed, NFCU (CLI), DCU, BB&T: EQ
Well, I got recently decline from Discover for a credit line increase. I got no clue about the 2 other bureaus if they do soft pull but with what I currently have they pulled TransUnion with Fico Score 4 rating.

Thanks for sharing @asmith613
You jotted down that Discover pulled EX, and again under TU. Was one of those a CLI and the other a new card, or something else?

Thanks for the info @ZackAttack -- Disco does tend to pull TU on those CLI requests, but I'm surprised about the 04 rating. I don't have them any longer but when I did they always pulled the F8 version. Interesting.
@ZackAttack wrote:What a nice thread. I can't wait to see what finally drags lenders on pulling which bureau.
By the way, where is Capital One on that chart?
Good callout @ZackAttack! You know Cap1 never occurred to me. I don't have anything with them but they are certainly around. I've always known they triple pull, but do you know if they are F8 or F9 pullers? Or maybe something else?
Anybody know?

I know when they pulled my experian score, it was Fico 8 or 9 ... I recently applied again and the system said denied ... so now I am waiting for a letter to come and maybe leave Cap 1 behind since it doesn't look like they will ever approve me.
I not so sure if Synchrony is using TU Fico 8. I just got my denial letter a few moments ago by email and the score game to be 683. When I compare with myFico scores that are listed. It doesn't come anywhere near that. All the FICO scores listed for TU says they are over 700.

Pay attention to the pull date with SYNC. They have pulled 90 day old reports on me.

The pull date on the letter says April 6. And I check the history and nothing comes close to that number for me.
