Greetings all.
I currently have all three credit reports frozen after one of my creditors experienced a security breach. I am thinking of applying for a new Chase backed card. I've had another Chase card since 2007 so I know they can soft me whenever they want; would that be sufficient for them to make a decision about approving a new app or do I have to unfreeze my reports? I'm fully prepared to do so if I decide to app, jut thought I'd throw it out there for feedback.
