Forgive me for freaking bout a bit here as I've been working on rebuilding credit slowly but surely; I got an alert through Credit Karma of -110 point change.
i clicked on what's changed and here's what comes back:
4 Changes
ALL are green/positive notices:
1. First Premiere Balance decrease of $518
2. Credit One paid in full balance decrease -187
3. Mercury CC Balance decrease of $208
4. Capitol One Balance decrease of $105
no negative items listed.
Summary:
Payment History = 99%
Total Card Utilization = 78%
Derog = 1 (Bk 2/2014)
Average Age = 3 years 3 months
Total Accounts = 61 (lots of these are student loans that changed lenders - have 23 open accounts/loans)
Hard Inquiries = 6
I went to Equifax website and they also use Vantage so same score which is now at 499.
No alerts from MyFICO. Please, is there something I'm missing? Or any suggestions? If MyFICO hasn't alerted me to any changes, is it possibly can issue with Vantage? How could reported positive changes drop a Vantage score 110 points?
For reference my scores via MyFICO show...
EQ = 614 (updated today)
TU = 619 (updated 3/26)
EX = 611 (updates today)
Thank you for any help or guidance.

Dont sweat Vantage scores on CK. I'd be more worried about your aggregate util at 78%. Get that down to 28% at least. Then 8%. Then you could maybe pass 700 scores on MyFICO depending on other factors.
I know that util is high, but I've brought it down from 85% over the last 4 months.... so I don't know what it's pulling or eeeing to drop it by 110 when nothing negative happened. It does seem like the VS is not the best indicator. Thank you for your reply.
CK is great to watch your reports on a weekly basis. As far as the scores. Some here have higher or lower scores from 50-100 pts. Good Luck on getting your debts paid down. Soon.

Those are all good changes so dropping 110 points is weird even for Vantage scoring which has a tendency to be very volatile with some changes.
Definitely wouldn't sweat it as long as your Fico scores remain pretty constant.
I have had Vantage scores drop big points one day and gain them back a couple of days later with no major changes happening.
Feeling a bit relieved this morning as I logged into EX app and lo and behold, EX score (based on FICO8) went UP 10 points as I had another account report a $0 balance/PIF and another balance decrease as my util has fallen to 72%. I am hoping this is but a an odd blip and the Vantage Scores recover.... my biggest fear was that this drop would get reported somewhere and I'd see interest rates go up or limits decrease. AND.... my Comenity Express card (which has not reported yet) bumped my SL to $2000 from $1250 without doing anything. I'm going to keep paying this debt down. I do have a longer range goal...which is why my heart sank with Vantage Svore alerts on every app going off yesterday.
Appreciate your replies and comments.

Very few lenders use or care about Vantage scores. This is unlikely to cause any adverse effects.
Fortunately, Vantage and Fico use different algorithms so what makes one drop doesn't necessarily reflect the same on the other. I've had Vantage drop on me like that before and it comes back up. Most lenders don't make decisions based on Vantage, so the fact that your FICOs are steady is a good sign.
