Unspecified missed payment on EQ - Is this CO Navient?

I woke up this morning to EQ FICO score change alert. Dropped 19 points due to missed payment.

I am current on all my five open accounts. Car loan, Barclay, CapOne, Merrick, and MyGreatLakes. Merrick is carrying reporting 0 balance monthly. CapOne, carrying balance - should be 0, I fell off track on this one, but did not miss due payment. Bottom line is, all my credit cards and open/active accounts are current. CK hasn't reported anything yet.

I pulled EQ report today after getting that alert to try and find out which account this missed payment is being reported. My last missed/late payment is 1 year and 7 months ago as of April 2019, from when I filed for BK7. It shows a total of 7, assuming this is because of the derogatory/IIB considered missed payment. Now under EQ, it shows my last missed payment is 0 month ago.

After reviewing, it looks like it is Navient reporting "late payment" for what already was charged off since early 2013? I am seeing 27 times 90+ days late/other derogatory, last reported May 2019 and is being reported every month.

I'm just flabbergasted at this, and I don't know where this is coming from or should I do anything, especially that this may be coming from Navient? Navient is expected to fall off my report this fall. I don't want this missed payment on my report as it is not true.

Re: Unspecified missed payment on EQ - Is this CO Navient?

If the account was previously charged-off, it can be reported at any subsequent time or for any month thereafter as a delinquency if it continues to remain unpaid.

Taking of a CO does not require the creditor to discontinue reporting of subsequent delinquencies, either in the form of days delinquent, such as 180+ late, or as CO.

Is that your scenario?

Re: Unspecified missed payment on EQ - Is this CO Navient?

Navient was first charged off since 2013. Last "OK" reported was November 2012, then first negative remark is in December 2012 as 60 days late. Charged off sometimes early 2013.

I have not made payment since. I still get letters from collection agency offering to settle for less. I didn't acknowledge or act on it because Navient account is expected to fall off my report this September 2019.

I filed for BK7 in April 2017. There have been no "missed or late payment" since until yesterday, I get a report of missed payment. I have not missed payment since BK. Unless Navient is reporting missed payment, or unless a "missed payment" is also known as derogatory indicator reported?

I do not have Navient on Transunion, they were excluded early earlier this year. I still have Navient on Experian, and it is not reporting anything new or out of ordinary, yet?
