This is the second month my utilization is showing as 0% despite me having cards reporting a balance. My discover reported a $34 balance. My chase and amazon store statements had a balance too but I read somewhere that both of these cards report 0 when the balance is paid off. What wrong here my discover balance of $34 didn't make it 1% utilization which it should have.
$34 of a CL of $9500 is 0.3%. you should let about $200 report then PIF.
Don't sweat user interface stuff.
Scoring algorithm rounds it to 1% as long as there is balance reporting.
I'm trying to help and figure out what's going on here but I'm not sure. I also follow AZEO and I use my Discover card as my one card I let report a balance. I usually only let $10 report and also my limit is $13,500. I usually pay the $10 balance off 3 days after the statement becomes available. Each month my MyFico report shows I'm using 1% of my total limit and I owe $15 ($10 for Discover and $5 for my wife's card I'm an authorized user on. There have been times we forgot to put a charge on my wife's card and my wife's card reported $0 and the monthly MyFico report still reported as me using 1% of my limit.) I know this info doesn't resolve your issue. I just wanted you to know what you're attempting to do with AZEO on your Discover is possible and should work.

I don't mean to cause any controversy but as a data point I only let $10 report each month on my Discover Card. It has a $13,500 limit and it counts it as 1% and satisfies my AZEO criteria.

In the program interface aggregate utilization under half of a percent gets rounded down to 0%. It doesn't affect your scoring.
