Two days after I asked Verizon Wireless to delete the negative item from my credit reports.....Experian notified me that it is officially GONE from my credit report!

Was the Verizon account a collections account? And did you send a PFD or a GW or a DV? I have a Verizon account that I'm looking to get rid of, too, and would like to know what language worked on getting it deleted.
I called their Recovery Unit and explained that the account was supposed to have been migrated to my new Blackberry account. They saw that was exactly what was supposed to have happen, so they agreed to delete it when I asked them.
