I would like to send a letter requesting proof of me owing a debt, I don't believe I owe the debt. Under the negative items on my credit report I can see the name of the collection agency but I don't see any contact information, no phone number and no address. How can I verify anything with them otherwise? I can possibly google them but what if there are multiple companies with the same name, how do I know which is the right company?
The name of the company is Pallisades and it has to do with an old AT&T account I used to have.
