What Bank/CU provides TU F09 Score?

Besides CCUFL or Robins Financial CU, what Bank or CU provides their customer with a TU F09 Score without the need to have a CC with them?

I have in my notes that PenFed provides EQ F9 scores to their customers, not TU.

I am still waiting for my first one to show up, I'll know then for sure.
