@Anonymous I stand corrected. It’s been over 20 years since I’ve read or reviewed the DPPA and it has been amended 4 times since its creation in 1994. But I did just review the statute and you are correct, as the statute reads today. (I’m not sure what the amendments were or if they’re related to the point of discussion.)
