What time of day should reports be pulled?

Does anyone know when most changes are posted (new accounts added, items deleted, etc.) CRs?  I have a TC membership and usually update my reports in the morning but I'm wondering if it would be better to wait until the evening.  (My trigger finger is itchy.  I gotta see, I gotta see!!)

I have pulled mine at different times to see the difference too. I write the time down that I pull to look back as a reference for myself.

I know I usually don't get an email alert until the afternoon if I have a change. But that makes me wonder if that was really from the day before. (I too have an itchy finger...lol)

I logged into my TC around Noon or 1 PM today and saw a new inquiry had been made (without pulling my report). I didn't receive the email notice until 2:51 so there appears to be a delay of several hours with notices that are sent out.
