What to do???

Hi all,

I have been trying to figure how to handle a judgement from a dentist, that I had no knowledge I even owed anything to.  I went and called the dentist to offer full payment (including court costs) if they would file a motion to vacate the judgement.  The dentist told me they had not filed a judgement, that they only sent me to collections.  I think collections can take me to court. However, there is no collections on my report for this dentist.   Then the judgement is only on Transunion, and is listed under the dentists name? The dentist is sending me in writing that I only owe $121.00 (Judgement says $184.00) and they did not file a judgement.  What do I do when I get this letter? They mailed it today from CT to NC.

Pay the dentist asap!!!    I would dispute TU.....they will send tell you that the judgment is verified....then send them a MOV  CMRRR.......they have 15 days to answer!!!  Do not let it go

They will prob. send another form letter  telling you basic  we verify by auto da da da.....This is not an answer & is violation.  They must give you all info. on who filed (usually a third party reporting co.)

When they send the form letter......send an *ITS* letter  and if they do not delete within 5 days  get an attorney and file suit!!!  a judgment hurts your credit very much & make them PAY!

EVERYTHING goes CMRRR!!!!

Thanks. 

I know that I'm not suppoed to sign the DV.  Just in case...do I not sign the ITS as well?
