When can I see a change?

This is what I have done so far in the last 3 months.

Paid off a revolving collection account: 2,200
Paying off 1,600 collection credit account.
Paid off 160 collection.

Added two new credit lines: 550 total limit, I have paid them early and more than the minimum 3 months straight.

Got one collection account for 194 taken off which was not mine.

I did add some inquiries!
I still have some collection accounts left totaling 650.

My scores are:
experian 526
trans: 567
equifax: 558

Experian dropped 40 points the other two increased.

The slide from grace is really more like gliding
And I've found the trick is not to stop the sliding
But to find a graceful way of staying slid
