Rumor is for TU and EX in May 08. EQ nobody knows as I think Fico has a lawsuit pending against all 3 in regards to the Vantage score system that they created to compete with Fico. This has EQ in a bit of a snit.
I wouldn't hold my breath. More than a year ago, Jan. '07, the "word" was the new system was going into effect in September '07. Nothing happened. Now, the "word" is "soon". I doubt it will be anytime soon.
