When the 30th day of a dispute falls on the weekend....

My disputes with EQ(CSC) will reach the 30th day on Sunday. I don't think the CRA are open on weekends.

Does this mean they get an extra day, Monday, or should the disputes be closed Friday?

So impatient. The creditor we are going to use for our home financing uses EQ and I need things done.

If EQ removes the ones in dispute, I will only be left with 3. AFNI who removed from EX but not TU or EQ, confused on that one. And Consumers' Adjustment, which is paid to the OC and my name removed from the debt. They are racking up violations. Then a C/O that is refusing to PFD. Guess I'll just pay it.

They don't get a extra day-

30 days is 30 days.

Thanks Timothy!

Do you know if they are open on Saturday/Sunday? I wouldn't think so, but just curious, never know.

The Automatic Dispute resolution applications run 24/7

The less human intervention -the happier the CRA's are.

Most of the call centers WE might call are closed-
