Check your messages, sir.
EX sucks. I have car loan that was paid in a Chapter 13. I was never late but I was able to get the rate down from 21% to 4% by paying in the plan. All of a sudden, over the summer, EX shows as "Failed to Pay" in June. I disputed because I never failed to pay. They updated to FTP for July. I disputed again. This time they changed it to "Failed to Pay 12/2013", which is when I filed. I never failed to pay. I was never even 30 days late. TU and EQ are reporting correctly. I'm waiting for discharge right now so when that happens I will try and fight this again.
