Why doesn't my EQ have any DOLAs listed?

I purchased my CR from EQ directly from their website about two weeks ago. I know that they go by the DOLA for deleting things off your CR. For some reason on all of my collections/accounts, it says N/A next to every one? Why would this info not be available since this date is what EQ goes by? How am I supposed to find out? It's kind of ridiculous to pay all that money and for them not to give me this kind of important information.

I JUST spoke to an EQ rep about this very issues yesterday as the majority of my CR doesn't show DOLA info.  The young lady explained to me that if an account (TL) has a status of 2 (e.g. R2, I2, etc. - the letter represents the type of account) or above, the DOLA is the same date as the DOFD.

Where are you seeing the "2"? I don't see that on any of my accounts. It just shows Collection Account, Charge Off, etc. under the Account Status column.

Oh, I almost forgot, she also pointed out that any neg TL will use the DOFD as the DOLA.

I didn't see it on my report, which is why I called to get the info yesterday.
