Exactly SIX days ago, I made a settlement offer to a CA for an old debt I had. I had absolutely no idea about PFD's. Having said that and the settlement already done and over with, can anyone tell me if I'm sol in getting them to delete the entry? Or would there be a way to do some sort of GW letter or something?
