I used LevelCredit and Boompay and I think they are doing more harm then good. My EQ & EX credits have a card on there that is 21 years old but it does not report to TU.
Is that older card open or closed? Some have older closed acconts still reporting since the OC keeps updating it.
EX & EQ stated that its open, but Discover told me this account has been closed 2013 and record deleted since it was really old.
The only thing I see on the comments in EQ is INACTIVE ACCOUNT / THIS IS AN ACCOUNT IN GOOD STANDING / LAST PAID: 10/2011

The self repoted accounts may be hurting your AAoA (Average Age of Accounts)? maybe @FireMedic1 can chime in on that.?

Also you might want to pull your FREE TransUnion report from https://www.annualcreditreport.com/index.action
And verify "IF" the Discover account is really there?.
Discover does not always report correct Data. ... What they report for me is innacurate.
