do current lenders know where you app

do current lenders know where you app

on all 3 reports even if it doesn't prompt new acct. or do they just see the inqs on the one(s) they pull.
DCU EQ 5.0, Citi EQ 08 Bankcard, PenFed EX NG2
EX 08: AFCU, Amex, Chase, PSECU EX 98(?)
TU 08: Barclays, Discover

They would see the hard INQs.  They will not see the soft ones.  I believe you can rejected for credit on the grounds you have been seeking new credit as well.

All of them, or just the ones on the bureau they pull?

Just the ones from the CRA they pull for any reason.  I suspect a person could get AA upon a AR if they see you applied for a bunch of new credit.
