I have been dealing with an ongoing issue with equifax. Every month they insert an exact duplicate of one of my credit cards. I filed disputes and once that lender reports my balance the duplicate is removed for a couple days. Then reappears again. It is dropping my credit score by almost 20 points and I have worked extremely hard to get that rating up as high as possible. How can I deal with this?I want it fixed for good and equifax doesn't seem to care enough to give this problem quality attention. No accountability or responsibility with this company.
