dv now what??

Ok I dv'd a collection agency and got my little green card back. it's been 30 days and no response..now what? is there anything i can do?

They have to stop reporting if they have not responded on day 31.

Did the CRA's verify? If yes, MOV them.

so after the 31 days i send a letter to the cra? what kind or what do I say? i disputed this collection with cra a few months ago they verified and said it stays so after reading i decided to dv the ca it's been 30 days..so my next step is the cra's? help hahah you can tell i still dont really have a clue

Scarlet would say allow 5 days for mailing, since they can legally send validation on day 30.

Hmm, you can send follow up letter with CA for validation. Wait 15 days. Then send ITS if still reporting and it's not deleted.

The MOV will force the CRA's to actually do more than run your info through e-oscar. They will actually have to work to find out HOW they verified. If they give you crap, then ITS to CRA as well.

Yes, copy of the little green card goes to CRA's.

what kind of fu letter would i send/ i mean i dont want to give them another chance so to speak if i wait the 35 days, you say contact the cra's? do i just send them a letter stating what i did (debt validation) and include a copy of green slip and usps receipt?

Send CRA's copies of letter to CA's and GC. You can do this with your MOV if you want. Chances are, they will delete it then and there, knowing they obviously goofed.

I was being my generous self. Duh, I did forget we are talking about CA's.

But it is legal for them to validate on day 30. Some may give a couple of days for mailing.
