eliminate id theft (seems to be broke again)

Is anyone else having issues with eliminate id theft again. this is the 3rd day I can't even get to the loggin screen?

I had trouble for a couple days, but I'd bookmarked the MPM website link, so I've just been going straight there:

I only have transition showing on mine again. 3rd time this week. Very frustrating
