Anybody use this service? I signed up for the daily pulls, said it takes two business days processing time. When should I expect the email? late 2nd day, 3rd day?
I had the service but I cannot recall when I received those e-mails. Seemed like it was within a couple of days.
I can't remember exactly how this developed, but I had waited until day 4 and still didn't have anything. I sent an e-mail to customer service but then got antsy waiting on a response, so I just decided to see what would happen if I tried to create a log-in. Somehow I was able to get in, but I can't remember exactly how. I think I went to the log-in and clicked on a link for forgetting my password, then put in my e-mail and they e-mailed me a password to access the site before I ever received the welcom e-mail.
It's very possible I am misremembering this. I just went through old e-mail and verified that I did the password retrieval before I ever received the welcom e-mail. It was the following day that I got the welcome e-mail, which had my member ID included. I believe that I was able to log-in without the member ID, but I'm not sure how. If I remember correctly, the personal protection number (member ID) appears on the first screen after you log in using just your e-mail and password.
I signed up late 11pm Sunday night and got the email with my password etc at 10:25am today. I do like seeing all 3 reports siude by side but I need to NOT check my scores, that's depressing. I know they are FAKO's but jeez. For example I'm at 664 EX PLUS and it shows 574 over there. They are both not FICO so I'm not sure what to think! Nevertheless it's cheap for daily pulls.
Today was my 2nd pull but I only got TU. Sure is a runaround so far to get help. I know I pulled it after 24 hours plus. I was on the phone with 2 different companies . I had called the # posted for cust service who transferred me to a call center who after 20 min on the call who said it's not a tech support issue, it's coverage, and that I need to call a different number to a company called "Coverdale". Haven't had time to do that yet. :/

Did you try to refresh your report before the 24 hour period earlier in the day? Whenever I've tried to refresh the report before 24 hours, I get an error stating that I can't pull a new report yet. When I log in later, I'll get an update for TU only. The next day I get all three again.
Yes actually, I did around 20 hours, hoping it would give me the exact time I can get another one. There was no timer though. I'll try it again tomorrow and see what happens. Thanks.
Their website has been down for an hour at least for "updating their database". Is this normal?
FYI - OK, got some clarity on this hokey situation. Murdoch is the company, Eliminate ID Theft is just the program. Their vendor is down and will be fixing the site all day, maybe it will be back up tomorrow but they can't promise anything.
