mine hasnt updated since april 15th

ready to start a rebuild ex 533 eq 518 tu 541

Is your report frozen by chance?

Starting FICO08 Scores 2016 All in the mid 500’s
Current FICO08 Scores SEP 2023 (TU 834) (EQ 831 (EXP 831)

Mine hasn't updated either, but Discover made a FB post touting the free EX score around the begining of the month. It may be a technical issue.

Yes. This is most likely the reason. Not sure why some creditors can soft pull through the freeze and others can't.
