"New" Paypal log in

So just logged in to check something and it seems I don't see the Paypal mastercard info when I log in to Paypal, has this recently changed?

Nevermind found it but couldn't see it when I logged in from email, but straight from site yes, weird?

When I logged in using my PayPal app today I couldn't see my mastercard info anymore there either, but logged in through the website from my laptop and info was there, so it seems there's either a widespread error, or a change being made, rather than anything specifically wrong with your account.

Thanks so it's not just me. Yes when I log in through email notification same log in page no MC but when I go straight from web it shows.

Maybe they are updating something.

Just logged in via web and everything looks normal, though they're working on something on Thursday morning so credit services are unavailable from 5-8 am 7/26.
