raising credit post bankruptcy

Hi. I had a Chap 7 bankruptcy 13 months ago and it dropped my credit score to 640. I would like to get it back toward the 810 it was prior to my filing. What can I do now that would at least raise it toward 700. I am not working yet so I cannot show any income if getting a secured card is the only option.

Any thoughts on how to get back into the good credit graces I was in for 2+ decades following a Chapter 7?
