Any ideas on how I can see Transunion or Equifax?

Hi I'm a legal alien* with a problem - I struggle to get a visual on my scores with the agencies, due to not having a SSN. All the free credit monitoring options (such as Credit Wise) offered by American Express, Capital One etc. don't work for me because they specifically require SSN/won't accept ITIN.

I used to see my Equifax score each month on a HSBC credit card statement, but they changed the format earlier this year and that's no longer available.

I accidentally discovered a way to see my Experian score - ask Capital One if I can be pre-approved (soft check only) for the Venture X - a card I really would like to have - and be emailed their explanation on why they can't pre-approve me. The letter includes the Experian score on the application date.

Does anybody know of any clever indirect methods please, similar to that above, which would let me see Equifax or Transunion?

Thanks for looking.
