PS I would advise against online Lenders. I agree that checking with your Real Estate Agent for a couple sharp local Mortgage Brokers is a better way. In our market nearly all homes get Multiple Offers and when choosing between offers the Lenders are also heavily weighed on being known for getting the job done, not misleading parties in the transaction and believing/trusting the Pre-Qualification letter. Online lenders are the kiss of death in our market.
