How many years after chapter 7 discharge waiting period to finance a second home for a rental property?

I am interested in this information as well (although our second home would be for part of the year vacation home, not investment).
I am guessing its 2 years and probably 20% down min. for Conventional financing. Hopefully someone else chimes in that's "been there, done that"

I think it's actually 4 years for conventional. I will probably just pull equity out of primary residence and Pay for a fixer upper cash
