580 FHA?

     How long ago did you apply for the National City mortgage and when did you close? What were you scores and what rate did you get? If you don't mind answering. Thanks.

we initially applied at the end of January.  We were pre-approved the beginning of February.  We went into escrow on Feb 10.  Went into underwriting about one week later.  Closed escrow on March 12.  My mid score was in the low 700's.  My husband's was 584.  Our interest rate is 5.375%.  we paid 1.5 points.

That's helpful, nervous. We're so close, TU 680, EQ 610 and EX 583 (fako). We're waiting for a 30 day late from 12/08 to be removed. We've got the letter saying that they removed the deliquency, but it hasn't updated from EX yet. Hoping that will put us over the 620 hurdle.

The one house we were really wanting is now under contract. Bummed, but still hopefull that our dream home is out there.
