During my usual Friday morning sales meeting with management, my boss played a short video done by a sale/guru/coach guy and the topic was "Best technique to dealing with frustrations".
He started by saying .... Frustrations? Just forget it!
What he meant was that we should not focus on the frustration but instead on the final state ... whe we get what we want. Work on determining the FIRST STEP to moving closer to that goal. If it is only making a list then so be it. Make the list. Always be thinking of what your next step will be vs being mired on what is happening now ... like waiting on underwriting. Most of what is usually requested from an underwriter are known. Have you prepared for possible explanations? Documents?
Just sharing what I think is a constructive idea that I am applying in my own daily sales activities.
