Hi everyone,

So my journey started July 2012 when I applied for my first secured credit card from Capone to rebuild my credit.............

Fast forward today, I'll be closing on my new home on Monday the 11th The road hasn't been easy but I made it this far, and my family and I are over joyed!!!

Started in March by refinancing my car for lower payment

April I contacted Shane the Mortgage man

We started getting documents prepared then pulled credit first week of may................the rest is history!

The process have been fair easy going except for when I had to walk away from the first home I looked at, but everything else was good.

Myfico, Shane and my agent have been truly amazing....

No... Shane is not local to me, we did things via emails and phone calls.

Send him an email he'll tell you if he can but I believe he said all 48 state's but I'm not 100% sure.....doesn't hurt to email him....plus he's great.
