My county offers $35,000-$20,000 in down payment assistance for first time homebuyers.
Can you use American Dream and the Down Payment Assitance offered through your county?

Yes you could as long as the local down payment assistance you qualified for doesn't prohibit it. Ameridream, and the mortgage lender, would be fine with it though.
