What were specifics of your loan? I'm surprised you got a 6%. I assumed conforming only allowed for 3%.
It was an FHA Loan, 6% ended up being about 12k in savings on closing costs . I got super lucky the house was only accepting cash offers, my realtor got their realtor to agree to FHA since the septic was not part of the FHA appraisal (sellers realtor did not know Lmaoo). House was on market for 3 months bc their realtor told them cash only would qualify.
I'm dealing with loan depot under MTH mortgage and so far not bad but the LO u Gad was a major Bi*** for no reason but she's gone and now we have a new LO who actually responds to our emails, n our first disclosure we were quoted 3.1
