Anyone have any success with a GW letter to mortgage company to remove negatives from loan modification? My loan mod was almost 2 years ago due to a home flood that left me immersed in uncovered bills to rebuild. It took almost 1 year to approve the loan mod and the delinquency period hurt my credit significantly. My mortgage holder is with DiTech.
