Thanks for the help! The lender is going to send my file to underwriting to get it underwritten before issuing the pre-approval, they don't normally do that but because they don't deal with too many files of someone in Chapter 13 they want to be sure they haven't missed something, but they do feel good about my file so that is a plus. I sent the guy a message last week on thursday and received an auto reply that he was out of the office until today. I'm hopeful that it doesn't take too long and that there isn't a lot of additional info that he needs that I haven't already provided.
