No - apartment leases generally don't appear on your credit reports as open accounts, unless you were to default, at which point they might turn into collection accounts and show up.
However the "numbers game for an auto loan" will involve you listing your monthly income, debts, and expenditures, including any rent / mortgage etc.., so you'll need to be prepared to disclose this to any creditors with whom you are applying for financing.
