Im self employed and take every deduction possible and still pay in.. reason for this type of loan.
11/15/18 applied 11/16/18 pulled scores sent 2 yrs worth of bank statements, pay pal statements, 3 yrs worth of taxes, copy of land contract, everything they would need.
11/20/18 assitant vice president said had my file would look over it
12/21/18 going to look over file and get right back with me
have not heard a peep.. nothing in emails, message, regular mail
I contact him via FB messanger notice mortgage CO no longer on his profile..
claims had heart surgery in jan had to quit. he said he thought I closed by now.
I asked.. so I was approved?
Well I think so , I have been away for so long now.. I start a new mort co in 2 wks. He said his assistant and the LO still worked for said company and he would call me later last night to see what is happening, he thought they just needed some additional documents but everything else looked great.
last night came and went and still nothing..... needless to say ..when i do this again, it wont be through him.
I knew they would need documents so I was waiting to be asked about a 15 yr old judgement and I had the funds to pay it.
Just disappointed. Now I plan to reach out to the company he worked for and the loan officer. I have a feeeling he didnt quit.. I think he was let go.
