Applied for mortgage. Scores showed lower that myfico.

I applied for a mortgage today. I also pulled myFICO scores today and the lender said my scores are a lot lower that myFICO shows. Why is that? Do all mortgage lenders get different scores? Should I apply somewhere else?

From what I have been reading, FICO08 vs FICO04. MyFico gives FICO08 which is used by most lenders. Such that:CCs, auto, etc. FICO04 is used by mortgage companies.

Yea, I just received pre-approval. My EQ and EX were about 30 points lower and my TU was almost 100 points lower on my mortgage pull vs. my fico.
